Super FRAGILE Heather Pure Linen Cropped Pants Sz16

Really gorgeous cropped 100% linen elasticated trousers by FRAGILE in a size 16. Drawstring waist ties over elastic. Both go all the way round the waist, so will fit any waist size from c.25" or 64cm with the drawstring pulled tight, all the way up to c.44" or 112cm with the elastic fully stretched, which still leaves enough of the drawstring free to tie into a bow. Outside leg measures 31" or 79cm, inside leg 20" or 51.5cm. Width at hem is 10" or 26cm, measured on one side with legs laid flat, so 20" or 51.5cm circumference. They have a lovely deep 5" or 13cm edging to the hems, with movement splits of 4.25" or about 11cm, which gives the legs a nice finish. These comfy, versatile trousers are a really lovely heather-y mauve sort of colour, which my camera hasn't been able to pick up very accurately. I would describe them as a cross between a heather and an amethyst type of purple/mauve.... it's a soft colour, and very pretty. Subtle, not bright. Some lights make it look like a grey/blueish mauve, others make it appear more pinky. Two nice deep pockets in the hip side seams, deep enough to actually get your hands in, drawstring/ tie waist over elastic, and machine washable at 40 degrees mean that these fab trousers are comfortable, practical and stylish. Linen never goes out of fashion. These are in excellent condition, with no pulls, holes,snags or faults. To be super-picky, they do show some colour-fade on the top parts of the gathers on the waist, more on the inside of the waist than the outside, but this isn't noticeable because of the gathering of the fabric. You have to pull the gathers flat to be able to see it. It's the high points of the gathers that show slight fading. Happy to post at cost, with payment by PayPal, or cash on collection also fine. It is a village of just two streets and it is widely known as Ireland's capital in the manufacture of handwoven tweed and hand knitwear.
