He was used to hunt with Ross Harriers before I bought him however I have never hunted him. For the past 3 1/2 years I have developed his schooling and showjumping, despite never refusing and rarely knocking down a fence in a show jumping ring, his canter needs developing further if looking to buy for showjumping. Bailey is great out hacking.. alone or in company, infront or behind, open fields, waiting/walking in open fields without getting fizzy or impatient, opening gates, no issues with tractors/motorbikes/lorries/buses as nothing seems to phase him. He is also good for the farrier, to clip, catch, bath and load. Bailey can be a little bit bolshy sometimes on the ground so he needs someone firm to tell him right from wrong. I am only selling Bailey as I work full time and I have got back into mounted games so no longer have the time he needs and deserves. Lovely little mare for sale, who thoroughly enjoys her work and always tries her hardest. Will hack out alone or in company, happily popping small fences under saddle (loose jumps up to 1m with plenty of scope to go higher!) and has started schooling, but is still green. Ruby has perfect manners, will stand for hours to be fussed over and groomed. Good to bath, shoe, handle, etc. Never clipped her, but I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem. Recently had her teeth done (no sedation required, she was better behaved than the 26yr old!) and is wormed up to date. For sale due to health reasons - I have recently been diagnosed with brittle bones after cancer treatment, so can't risk a bad fall. Millie hunted all last winter and is currently fit and very healthy. Great with traffic and loading, OK with farrier, will hack out alone or in company but cannot be kept alone as she gets stressed.
