Very sad sale of our homebred fully registered section C gelding. Hardendale Take That or Joe as he is known at home is only being offered for sale as he has grown over height now standing at 14,1hh he is to big for the show ring and is not getting the time and attention he so deserves. He has a really kind nature, is good to catch, shoe and has his teeth done regularly. He is very green but carries himself and soon comes into an outline. He has mostly just been hacking out in the forestry and on the lanes and is good in traffic. He would suit a competent rider or would make a very smart driving pony. Handsome dark bay Welsh Section C Gelding, 13.3hh, 7 years

Bryn is a lovely pony with fantastic paces, he will excel at his flatwork and jumps well too. He is ready to move on in his training and will be a rewarding experience for someone who is assured and kind. Ridden in a snaffle and goes in a nice outline, he would be a super ride for a small adult who wants to take part in Riding Club activities. He has never bucked, reared, bolted, kicked or bitten. Excellent in traffic, including farm machinery, however he is not suitable for a novice as he gets his confidence from the rider and can be a little spooky when hacking out on his own, but he is very willing to please and thrives on a strong one to one bond with his handler/rider. He does not like being left in the field on his own if his mates are taken out, so this needs to be managed. Bryn will live in or out but he does enjoy a cuddle, groom and snooze in the stable. Good to catch, shoe and load. He has a passport and is microchipped. Vaccinations all up to date. £, including decent tack and various rugs.

Flash is a beautiful pony, currently being used as a lead rein and never puts a foot wrong. Novice children ride him off lead rein in a small secure padock and he is starting to go over poles and pop a small jump. I feel flash needs more time than I'm able to give him to keep up with his education. Flash has been hacked out by a confident 8 yr old in the past. But on hacks with me has always been on lead rein. Bombproof in everyway, perfect on the ground for children to handle, however can be pushy when leading. Been led from another horse perfectly. Will go far in the right hands. Also drives, however he has only been in harness long reined and with tyre with me as I don't have a cart. Standing at 12.2 but lots of filling out to do on top. He won his dressage class (74%) out of 16 at his first ever show and his first time in an indoor arena. He recently went to Usk Show where he behaved beautifully and took everything in his stride. As well as M&M classes he will plait up nicely for show hunter classes and will make a lovely first ridden pony. He has been ridden by myself and a 12 year old while with me and has always behaved impeccably. He was also ridden by children in his last home. Nantgwinau Cadog (by Geler Sparc x Rhandir Farwel Haf) Cadog is a very handsome hh Welsh Section D gelding rising 9 years old (foaled ). He is very intelligent, inquisitive and quick to learn. He's also quirky and full of character; he likes to play and loves being groomed. He has always been barefoot and is extremely tough. He can live out 24/7 with or without rugs in all weather conditions. Cadog has mostly been taught from the ground and has walked, trotted and cantered under saddle using natural horsemanship techniques. In he spent 7 weeks with a natural horsemanship professional. He has hacked out in company and on his own however due to lack of time and circumstances he is relatively inexperienced for his age and has been out of work for a year so ideally he will need someone knowledgeable, experienced, calm and confident to bring him back in to work and improve his confidence enough to get him hacking out on his own again. Cadog weaves and very occasionally windsucks and has some issues with being stabled so he prefers to live out 24/7; he did however make a significant improvement whilst being stabled during his time with the natural horsemanship professional. Recent work in the stable has also proved successful using a natural horsemanship technique. If stabling is to be a consideration, he would require further work in this area. He will also require company whilst turned out. He has previously travelled in a box and trailer. I have owned Cadog since he was 2 years old so my decision to take this step hasn't been taken lightly; he is only being rehomed due to lack of time and circumstances.
