16.3hh 9 year old Gelding ISH - Fantastic All Rounder

Bertie is a genuine, sweet horse who always tries his best in everything he does. He lives to impress and always seeks approval and praise from his rider. We have been focusing on schooling and Bertie has came on leaps and bounds, which has been a result of regular lessons from Kelly Douglas. He has substantially improved and there is huge potential in him and with a little more work he will be fabulous to do dressage. Out hacking, Bertie does require a bit of persuasion and relies on the confidence to come from his rider. This is purely because there was an incident a few months back where he was chased by dogs and I fell off. However, he has since seen dogs and been around them but I have been trying to get him used to them again but I'm sure, with time, Bertie will feel confident hacking out alone again. Prior to this he hacked out with company no problem and will go first, last or middle. He really is no bother. Jumping is definitely the field that Bertie excels in. He LOVES jumping and I have established that this is where he is most confident and the activity that he enjoys the most. Bertie will jump anything you put in front of him (including arena fences) and I have never known him to refuse a jump. Loves cross-country even more and will happily go around a course on his own. He will go venturing in and out of the water, including jumping. He will literally jump anything. However, he does get quite excited when jumping/doing XC therefore needs a competent rider. In the right hands Bertie will go very far in the competition world and I would love for him to go to someone who wants to compete regularly as he loves getting out and about. He is NOT a first horse, due to his size and strength (during jumping), however he is always snaffle mouthed. He is fine to load and travel, you don’t even know he’s there and if necessary he will actually stand in the box all day. No problem for the dentist and to catch from the field. When getting shod, he can be a bit funny with his back legs, however lets me pick them out, so I'm not sure whether he has had a bad experience with the farrier previously. He can also be a bit nervous to clip around his neck, although is starting to get used to it but on his body he is fine. Stable manners are impeccable. This superb horse will not go to just anyone, homes will be vetted and I will ask for references. He is my pride and joy and I'm completely gutted to be selling him but due to uni/exams these next few years he would be wasted and he's way too good to be a field ornament. Lovely 14.3hh 6 yr old ISH All rounder Project

Joey is a handsome 14.3hh 6yr old bay ISH who needs an experienced and confident rider. My 13 year old daughter has had him for 18 months but we have come to the conclusion that they just aren’t the right match. Joey has done xc and sj (not dressage) but in all three disciplines he needs more schooling. He is becoming consistent jumping poles and had two outings in the summer (at 60 and 70) with double clears and rosettes both times. He has a good pop on him and can jump 90 at home. He is not so keen on fillers and can refuse so needs someone patient and experienced to help him become confident when jumping all types of fences. He is excellent to hack on his own, isn't fazed by any traffic, cyclists etc and is used to farm machinery. However, whilst we used to hack him in company, due to not having another horse we haven’t for the last eight months and he has now started bucking when being ridden with a group of horses. Please note this is only when hacking or doing xc in a group. He is very happy and calm at shows etc milling around with other horses and using the warm up ring. He has been to pony club camp twice, shows, rallies and lessons, and isn’t worried about new surroundings. He is perfect to load in the trailer and will stand all day. He is good with the farrier, dentist and to catch, groom, tack up and also to clip. He can live with geldings or mares (ideally not a mix) and can live in or out. Joey has a scar on the left side of his neck, the result of an injury when he was a foal but this does not affect him. He is up to date with worming, teeth, feet and back. DAISY Stunning 15.2hh, 13 year old skewbald mare! Daisy is a lovely horse who is great to hack and has a very scopey jump. She has good flatwork but has a very soft mouth so needs a rider with light hands, for that reason, we would say that she's not a novice ride. She's not nasty in any way. She also needs some work on her jumping, but has jumped an 80 sj track with no problem. Good on the ground, good to catch, load. We haven't had her shod or clipped yet but no reason to think she'd have a problem with either. Has been ridden to and from the field bareback and would make a great fun all-rounder for someone. Stunning all rounder Connemara

Tommie is a stunning 15hh just turned 7 year old Connemara who is regrettably for sale due to upcoming work and college commitments which will mean his talent will be completely and unfortunately wasted with me. Over the two years I have owned Tommie he has done 2 seasons of PC proving to be very versatile, doing all typical PC activities such as SJ, XC and mounted games and camps which he was totally unfazed by and he turned his hoof to absolutely everything and anything, he loves to please his rider. He has competed unaffiliated SJ up to 85cm but this by no means is his limit- he is very scopey and totally unfazed by any fillers or jumps- he never stops. He can be strong and forward going when jumping so no novices- this is only due to his inexperience because of his age, he isn't malicious or dangerous, never bucks/bronks/rears etc he just rushes due to excitement. Tommie has competed in hunter trails and XC which he absolutely loves, he's a real sit and point type of XC ride, takes you to the fence nicely and again he never stops at anything, fine with ditches/water/steps etc, nothing fazes this horse, he is very honest. He is a lovely bold, forward going and easy XC ride, this is definitely his forte. He would make an amazing eventer with the right training, he has a very trainable attitude and will turn his hoof to anything. Likewise he would make a brilliant hunter, there is no country that fazes this horse and he is at his best when he is galloping through the country or XC field. He has XC schooled around BE 90 fences perfectly and very recently got placed 6th out of over 70 entrants at a hunter trail at Osberton Estate with no faults and just 0.69 seconds between him and 1st place! He is the perfect horse for a confident, quiet rider who is looking for a little horse with a massive heart that you can put your own stamp on. Tommie is stabled next to a very busy road which he hacks out on alone or in company perfectly and he never batts an eye in the Heaviest of traffic and isn't spooky at all. Tommie is a very loving horse and really thrives from having trust in his rider as he can be nervous of new people. Meet Rosie. A stunning years Appaloosa mare. She is the kindest mare you will ever come across and is never ever mareish. Schooling: Rosie has 3 lovely paces and works in a nice outline. She can sometimes be a bit speedy but nothing ever nasty. She is now training to do flying changes and is learning fast. Jumping: Rosie lives to jump!! But she can sometimes be a bit strong and quite speedy so she does a confident. She has jumped up to 1.15 meters and has successfully jumped a 70cm corse. She is speedy and quick against the clock. Due to A levels and a youngster to bring on, we have made the difficult decision to sell our much loved horse who deserves to be No.1 and give someone heaps of confidence to sphere in whatever they want to do. Fanta is a 16.2h, 9 year old chestnut gelding, a very attractive, talented and a true gentleman to do. In the last two years, he has taken part in all P.C activities including WL showjumping, inter hunt relays at count shows and most recently (May ) was part on the winning Sj team at Chatsworth House. Registered with BSJA and although not yet hit the red ribbons, has had numerous clear rounds both British Novice and Discovery, showing great potential. He would also make a fantastic dressage project as he has such tremendous free flowing action and the presence to die for but has never been pushed due to rider preferring showjumping. Stunning All Rounder For Sale

FOR SALE - Prince, yo AES/Anglo Arab Grey Gelding, nicely bred (though not in passport) and moves beautifully. Prince is lovely to deal with on the ground, is mannerly and easy to do for the farrier/vet, bath, clip, groom, will stand all day to be groomed and will pick his feet up for you with a tap on his legs etc. He is currently barefoot, though would benefit from some shoes on. He was unfortunately purchased as a confidence giver for me and due to my confidence being knocked after a really bad riding accident in April , he is unfortunately not for me, and although he hasn't done anything wrong, he is too forward going and more of a competition horse than what I was looking for, hence the very sad sale! He is fabulous allrounder, has jumped in the past and is rhythmical and steady to a fence, and he would easily go straight out to do a Novice Dressage with very little work put into him. He has previously won 60% +! His movement certainly needs to be seen first hand to be appreciated. Deffo low level BE potential. He is forward going, quick off the leg and most certainly not a kick-along type. Has a bit about him but I wouldn't say he was quirky, he has never bucked/reared or bolted, he's just a nice allrounder (and fab dressage horse) that has been only very lightly worked over the winter so needs a bit of time spending on him but in order to get very quick results. He is great to hack alone or in company and not phazed by any traffic including big lorries, tractors, vans, trailers, motorbikes etc. He is unfortnately in his winter woollies, could do with some muscle/top-line building up and not very fit, hence the price. STUNNING ALL ROUNDER FOR SALE

FUll wardrobe included Chesney has been our ultimate all round pony club/eventing pony. He has a cheeky character and therefore needs a confident/loud character who can match his. His jockey was 6 when we got him and had only had lessons at a riding stables once a week. He can adapt to his riders ability but needs firmness. He happily turns his hoof to everything asked of him and has done all pc activities, SJ, XC and dressage. Keltic is a loving 14.2hh Welsh section D mare, who is very capable, with four flowing and established paces. We have competed Keltic a lot since buying her as a 7 year old. She thrives in the show environment, being placed in both show jumping and dressage. At home Keltic regularly jumps 85cm+ and has competed up to 80cm. She has also been placed on different occasions in prelim and novice dressage tests. A confident and capable rider is needed as she can sometimes be strong but never unsafe. She hacks alone or in company, however can be nappy which is the reason for her not competing in cross country.
