Dakota - hh 8 yr old bright bay gelding For sale as a light hack/school - companion due to a previous injury when younger. Due to this injury he needs his feet doing every 5-6 weeks like clockwork. He is barefoot and cannot be shod at all. Has strong feet so would never need shoes. He’s good for farrier, dentist and does load with a little persuasion once on, travels brilliant. He’s just been wormed with equest pramox. He is passported and microchipped He’s a loving boy with a personality to match, I just do not have the time to spend with him and he’s just shoved in a field at the moment. His previous injury means that he cannot be under heavy workload. Can be nervous to begin with but once he has earned your trust he will be your best friend for life. He is broken to ride and drive, and I bought him off the track a few years ago. Cruise is a sensitive ride who requires a kind rider. He is excellent to hack out ridden or on a cart, brilliant in the heaviest of traffic. Cruise loves to jump, he excels in cross country and gives it his all. Experienced home wanted. 16.2h standardbred 13 year old gelding for sale. Not a Common Riding horse or a novice ride. Merlin is a gentleman in the stable and on the ground isn't bargy and loves a good groom. He has such a nice genuine nature. He is good with kids and dogs. He can jump and will jump a wee course if asked just needs to neaten up a bit but Isn't fit to be an eventing horse. He happily rides out in company and on his own with a confident rider to push him on as can be awkward. As he is a ex pacer knowledge of this breed would be better. He lives happily out all year round with access to a shelter. He isn't the best when it comes to traffic but I have been working hard with him and is a lot better than he was. My boy is 16.3 (ish), thoroughbred gelding. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, I have been "over-horsed" and he needs someone more confident than myself to take him on. He is an ex - racehorse, retired sound in , and has been retrained. He is quite a strong horse and has a lot of get up go! He is not a novice ride as he does get very excited due to not being worked much lately. I think he would benefit greatly from a new home where he can be used to his potential. I have owned him for a few months after buying him through a friend of a friend. He has very good manners on the ground and is great for the farrier and dentist. He will wait and is not bargey at all. Very patient boy. He loads fine in a lorry bit isn't a fan of trailers. I've done some work with loading on to trailers and know it won't take much effort to get past this! This will be a very sad sale for me but I am not giving him the home he deserves.
