Full up 13.2hh, 10 year old, Chesnut Rhys is a full up to height, flashy chestnut Section C. We have owned Rhys for nearly 4 years, bought as my son's first pony, having since competed in mini ODEs, hunter trials, Pony Club camp, fun rides, rides across Dartmoor and showjumping, as well as showing, WHP, ODEs, hunting and dressage with my older daughter - being placed at Devon County 2 years ago in the Ridden Cs (5th out of 20+). As well as having weekly lessons with Andrew Lovell. Rhys has now very sadly been outgrown ability and height wise by my son, after giving him years of fun and endless confidence. He would make an ideal mother/child share as he happily carries 10 stone all day long. Could go on to excel in any discipline as he turns his hoof to anything! Extremely quiet and sane to hack and school, confidently jumping courses of cm SJ and XC. Easy to clip, load, shoe, catch and do literally anything with! Flash is a beautiful pony, currently being used as a lead rein and never puts a foot wrong. Novice children ride him off lead rein in a small secure padock and he is starting to go over poles and pop a small jump. I feel flash needs more time than I'm able to give him to keep up with his education. Flash has been hacked out by a confident 8 yr old in the past. But on hacks with me has always been on lead rein. Bombproof in everyway, perfect on the ground for children to handle, however can be pushy when leading. Been led from another horse perfectly. Will go far in the right hands. Also drives, however he has only been in harness long reined and with tyre with me as I don't have a cart. Standing at 12.2 but lots of filling out to do on top. Very sad sale due to no fault of his own, He has been shown very lightly but has been in the ribbons so is still a novice but has great potential. Ridden by a 13 year old and 9 year old he’s good with children but can be cheeky in the stable so needs a firm hand. Real genuine lovely Welsh Section C mare, 11 years old. Full up 13.2hh. Been a broodmare, not in foal this time been scanned. I bought this lovely mare in September with all intentions of breaking her and then to go on to show. But being optimistic and blinded to how busy my life actually is with two young children I just do not have the time. She is currently stabled at night and out during the day which she has settled into brilliantly. I have had a bridle and saddle on with no problems at all. She's had her teeth done last week which she stood foot perfect. She's had her feet trimmed. She is barefoot and will probably never need shoes. She's the hardy type. This is a genuine and very sad sale. This mare has so much potential and literally is just a late starter. She's been with the lady who bred off her since a 6 month old foal then to me. She has apparently bred some real serious foals. She could potentially bred again but I feel she is ready now to come out of that and start work. She has lived with the cows with us and then been moved to livery yard so she could be stabled at night. She really isn't fazed. She's seen all farm machinery. She travels brilliant. If she doesn't sell, then I will muscle on till I get them time to start work with her. I really want someone to have her who is wanting a winter project then to show next year and have some fun. Registered Welsh section C gelding 3 years old (February foal), big chunky chap to make full up 13.2 By Rangeview Radius and out of Bryncarreg duffy. Arnie has masses of bone and feather, real old fashioned sort hard to find. Leg in each corner. Arnie is a great character to have around, I have owned him since a foal, he was shown a couple of times as a foal and again as a rising 2 year old, had a couple of wins and a reserve champion but done nothing since due to lack of time. I can't hold him back anymore so with his best interests at heart he has to be sold. He is more than ready to start ground work for breaking, has worn a saddle but not yet bitted. Lovely movement, will excel in ridden or working hunter or would be a fantastic driving prospect. Good to do, you can trim him up around his face/muzzle with no headcollar on, he is still nervy with the farrier and to pick his feet out but stands with some food to be done. Just needs someone to spend more time with him. He has never lived out, he does like his comforts. Lovely character and personality, everyone who meets him falls in love.
