Solid Oak Hand Painted Gate Leg Table and Six Chairs

I have stripped the old dark varnish from this vintage solid oak drop leaf dining table and hand painted it in Rust-Oleum Antique White, chalky finish furniture paint. It now looks stunning and would look fabulous in a period dining room. I have also finished the six dining chairs, also solid oak, in the same paint. I decided not to wax finish the paintwork, thereby making it a simple task if someone wishes to repaint in a different colour. The top has been sealed with Danish oil. The table measures 195cm long x 152 wide x 75cm high. When the two leafs are dropped the table measures 52cm wide. There is a split along the grain in the middle leaf, but we have clamped this and the table is completely solid. It is very heavy, as are the chairs. The cushions and covers are included.
