Mattress is immaculate and has a rubber mattress with a breath safe zip on protective cover which is all machine washable and safe for your tumble dryer. The cot has never been stored anywhere, it has always been in my sons bedroom which is in a clean, smoke and pet free home since new, since the beginning of September (when my toddler went into a bed) I have been storing it in my ensuite to keep it clean and dust free.
