Futon Company - single futon with frame and cover. Condition

We bought the futon as an occasional bed for when extra family members came to visit. They have all said that it is very comfortable. We are now moving and will not have room for it in our new house! The futon was bought new from the Futon Company and comes with the extra cover - as shown. The frame is in beech and opens easily. Mattress, frame and cover are in excellent condition and appear as new

Single Futon frame and mattress

Single Futon frame with royal blue mattress. Frame and mattress folds out to be a single bed. The mattress is in a fair condition, has some signs of wear as it sags in some places and the colour has faded slightly in some areas. I routinely rotate it to prevent wear. I only ever use it as a chair is keep clothes and items on, never as a bed, though it is comfortable to rest on. Great as an extra chair and a spare bed, maybe for the kids room!
