This dryer was under a replacement guarantee which after 4 visits is automatically replaced with a new machine. The fault is not major and any electrically skilled guy could trouble shoot and trace an earth fault. the repair men did not have disignosis skill or could not be bothered to find the earth fault and simply replaced all the major parts such as the heater, condenser and pump, on suscessive visits, until the wife got fed up of their efforts. So the machine now has all new internals but a minor electrical fault which puts the machine into standby mode. So if you have the skills and the time, here is a machine which has brand new internals which are the usual suspects that go wrong which tumble dryers machine is too good to scrap as the condition is very good. The parts that were fitted we worth 100+ and the machine was purchased new for 440 GBP. If you have the diagnostic skill and have transport, you are going grab a bargain at 50 quid.
