I am looking for a confident rider to hack out my horse twice a week. He is 19 years old, 17'2 ISH. He is not a novice ride due to his size and can be forward but very safe to hack out in traffic alone or in company. There will be no yard duties needed just a contribution towards his keep which we can discuss. He is a very honest loving, friendly boy. Potentially for a part loaner for my super straight forward 14.1 mare, mainly flatwork as due to her previous work load I don't want her doing too much jumping. She's not in anyway tricky or nasty but she is a competition pony so no total novices please. No yard jobs needed only bringing in of other ponies whilst riding. There is an opportunity to compete for the right person however sharing & competing doesn't need to be linked, as of next year I'll potentially be looking for someone to compete my mare in juniors as I'll be out of ponies & I don't feel that she's suited to seniors. Mystique is a quirky little 13hh Welsh b. She is a very sweet and loving mare who is good to lead, catch, tack up and groom, she doesn't kick or bite and absolutely loves attention. Mystique is a dream in the school and works nicely and lightly on a contact on and off the lead rein. She is very safe to jump and a real confidence giver as she jumps to the height and doesn't rush/ refuse. She doesn't bat an eye at fillers/ water trays or bright and colourful jumps and has also been XC schooling where she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Previously Mystique has been used in a riding school where she had a variety of different ages and abilities ride her on and off the lead rein. She is very respectful of her rider and is very careful and sensible with younger children. Mystique would excel as a pony club or second pony as she really enjoys her job and the busier she is the better! She's been out competing in hand/ dressage and show jumping and isn't phased by the busy show environment.
