Lovely part of our technological and social history, needs a good home, good condition for age, the odd blemish but it has lived a long life. I love the style of this era, it was a unique and original period in the history of design, but sadly have no room myself to display its charm. It works effectively and gives a nice subdued light. The real interest is the wood. Its from South Africa- was brought here in the 70’s when its owners emigrated to the uk. Think its old enough to be classed as antique! Certainly very interesting. Perhaps of use to a sculptor? Its owner refers to it as Afrikaner wood. Motobecane men's s road bike - immaculate condition, all original features and fittings

For sale is an excellent motobecane bike with all original features. I purchased this bike about a year ago from a friend who travels to France and buys vintage bikes. This he said was the best condition one he has ever found and apparently was only used a handful of times from where he purchased from and this shows in the paintwork and the original features. I bought it with brand new tires and has used the bike less than 5 times since I purchased it so the tires are still in near perfect condition.
