She is safe and sensible, will go out on her own or in groups, she not fussed but can sometimes be a follower if she get attached to another horse. She has not reared/bucked or bolted with my daughter, she’s good in traffic what road we have been on, out hacking is straight onto fields. She’s a type of pony you can grab out of the field and tack up and straight out. hh chestnut gelding. 17 years old. For sale through no fault of his own, selling on behalf of someone due to their personal circumstances! This horse is an absolute gem to own, look after, handle, ride and be around. His temperament is amazing, he's turned out in a mixed field, living out 24/7 at the moment and seems to do better living out with 24/7 grazing and hay. He's been out of work for a while but has now been bought back into work and has not put a foot wrong. He's been owned by 2 novices, 1 home being their first horse after loaning for a year, he took them round cross country, showjumping coming home with placing and hacking ect. The other home didn't really do anything but walk and trot and some hacking then he was left to his own devices due to their confidence. He's now being ridden by myself and my 12 year old sister, carries himself in a natural stunning outline wit 3 floaty paces and a bold jump. He's very willing to work and loves a fuss. For sale on behalf of a friend. Charlie is a 16.2hh 14year old bay gelding by quick star lines. Absolutely devastating sale of this lovely boy due to health reasons, he has been in the same home for the past five years for a novice rider and has never put a foot wrong. Works lovely on the flat and will produce a good test. He evented with previous owner BE100 but is more suited to show jumping as he is not fast enough on the cross country. Has BSJA with wins up to 1m05 with novice rider, 100 % genuine will go off any stride. His technique over a fence is outstanding, and he schools at home over 1m25 with ease but will happily pop round a 2ft6 course. Charlie is 100% safe sane and sensible and will adapt to any rider. Would be suited to a mother daughter type share, rider coming off of ponies and wanting to learn the ropes show jumping. He happily plods round the roads and fields with a novice rider but will step up if you want more. He has never hunted but i have no doubt that he would excell at this. He is absolutely perfect to handle both at home and shows, stands on a box all day. Hacks alone or in company, boxes in trailer or lorry and good to shoe. The only down points this boy has is that he has a couple of sarcoids which have never caused a problem and he needs sedating to clip. We rug him properly to avoid this as he is genuinely scared so we see no point him putting him through this. Both of these are reflected in his price.
