The rack shows signs of rust but it is in perfect and safe working condition. The car I had it on was VW Polo. The rack is no longer needed as it doesn't fit my new car.

This bike carrier is very practical and easy to put on and take off. I have used it to carry my road bike with narrow wheels and my 29er mountain bike with big chunky wheels. It is in very good condition having been used only a couple of time. Check Saris website to make sure that the Gran Fondo will fit your vehicle.
