What is Graded? This means the item has been fully tested but may have some cosmetic damage on the appliance which does not affect the performance of the appliance. When delivering your appliance we will try to bring the appliance into the room of your choice. They are also not allowed to move any windows, doors etc. The delivery drivers will make every effort to protect your appliance or home from any damage but it is your responsibility for example to move any ornaments or putting a protective layer on the floor to protect it.
