This is Sam he's 6yr old I have split from my partner and I'm finding it difficult to care for him, he's grown up around children I have a 12yr old n a 3yr old who he's great with he's great with other dogs n loves a good chase he as a great recall and has no problem on lead, he loves a good run once a day but is generally happy to lounge around rest of time, he as grown up with a cat that he's ok with they are generally kept apart but I wouldn't trust him with any other cat, he's chipped and naurtured he his crate trained if needed, he's never been worked so would be more suited to someone that wants a family pet, I think I've covered everything but if you have any questions pls ask I'm not. Unfortunately, work commitments have changed dramatically and we can no longer give him the time and exercise that he needs, and we feel it's only fair to find him a family that does. He is neutered, has been regularly wormed and flead, and does have a microchip. (Although the breeders seem to have never registered it properly and he may need a new one.) He has also had all of his vacs, and will need boosters next year. We can give you his vaccination history sheet. Pip is toilet trained and will go in a crate whilst you are out of the house. He is very energetic and loving, and just needs lots of walks and a family that can give him lots of time. He doesn't like to be alone a lot, and will happily sleep at the foot of your bed if you let him. We will be very sad to see him go, but we feel like this is the best thing to do for him. Beautiful mixed collie needs experienced home in Mansfield

My beautiful boy Murphy is 6 months old. He is in need of a home but he needs to be with someone who knows what they are doing. This is a very honest post we rescued Murphy thinking we could give him a better life. We did give him a better home but we honestly had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Murphy came to us at 16 weeks old having had no socialisation or any training. Since then he has come on in leaps and bounds. When we first got him he was a ball of nerves and all he wanted was cuddles and he lived on my feet. Now though he is very very friendly. So much so that he is too friendly, but only on his terms. He is very very jumpy to people he loves. He does know the command down but he soon forgets it when he's in his love zone. He has the basic commands sit wait leave look here and lie down. He also can do sit pretty which is very cute. He is toliet trained reasonably well too. The problem is Murphy missed out on a very important period in socialising and when out in a walk he becomes that very scared nervous dog again. He barks and jumps and pretty much has no skills attention all in the lead. His nervousness comes through in barking and shaking which looks terrifying but I can promise you 100% there is nothing aggressive about my boy. He has not been castrated so at 6 months old he is getting a little big big for his boots but this is in no way aggressive. He is fantastic with children. All he wants to do is pklay tugging rope and fetch. He will quite often bring his toy and sit at your feet, the only trouble is that he is very jumpy and still slightly nippy so I would suggest no small children. He is definitely not good with cats though. He has been microchips, vaccinated flead and wormed. He has just had a full health check last week. He is ready for castrating but this is a personal choice. He will come with everything from bed toys brush and food.

14 month old Lurcher needs good home (Greyhound x Saluki)

This is Moss, a 14 month old Lurcher cross (Greyhound and Saluki mix) who is in need of a new home. We have had Moss since he was 3 months old (born 13th March ) and he is an incredibly good natured and lovable dog, but sadly we are now struggling to find the time to give him the attention and exercise he needs. Moss has grown up with 1 other dog in the house, is used to being picked up, handled and walked both on and off the lead. He is house trained, neutered and used to car journeys and being left alone for several hours during the day. He is fully up to date with his vaccinations and worming (which he has never had a problem with), including 'kennel cough' and is micro-chipped. Moss is still fully of puppy-like energy and just loves to play and run as much as possible. Due to changing work schedules, we are not getting a chance to take him for as many of the big walks he loves to run off steam and feel that someone with more time/space would be able to give him a better life. Moss loves to meet other dogs and, while he can be shy at first, just wants to chase and be chased. We have trained him to recall with a whistle which he is good at when there are not too many distractions. Like most sight-hound breeds, when he spots something fun to chase he will go for it, but he has always been raised as a family pet, not a racing dog. I sadly have had to make such a hard decision to re-home my beautiful 11 month old Rough Collie Male. I have had him since 7 weeks old, He is such a gentle giant and has a loving nature. Border Collie 3yrs old. I am sadly having to re home my 3 year old Border Collie. He is house trained, obedient, affectionate, ball obsessed and great with other dogs. He lives with another dog, cat and tortoise. He unfortunately has a side to him where he appears to suddenly, and for no reason, feel threatened. He will then growl and sometimes bare his teeth. He has snacked a few times but this only seems to be some kind of defensive thing. However when he is growling he is still trying to come in close for a cuddle, its bizarre. Tell him to sit and give a paw and he snaps straight out of it and it's all love from him again. The issue we have is we have children. We can deal with him, however we can not take the risk anymore of him doing this with them. I'm looking for someone who has previously owned collies and with a child free home. Someone who understands the dog they are taking on and can provide a permanent home for him. He needs lots of exercise, to be walked 3 times a day.
