Footprint groundsheet was purchased seperatly and keeps bottom of tent clean. Has a handy side annex for storage. Haven't used for a couple of years after we bought a caravan but we kept as a standby as we'd loved using it. Was packed away dry and looks in good clean condition (see pics). Outwell Bear Lake 4 Polycotton tent with footprint, zipped in groundsheet and carpet

I am selling my beloved Outwell Bear Lake 4 man tent. It is worth checking them out on YouTube as it truly is the Rolls Royce of tents. The polycotton keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather with no condensation or flapping. The tent has great living space and lots of handy pockets and ties for lighting etc. It has versatile access arrangements with a door at the front and both sides. There is no damage to any of the poles, zips or guy ropes. One of the toggles in the bedroom is coming away but this has no detrimental effect on usage. The tent has always been packed away dry and there is no mould on the tent. It has never leaked and was last used in May this year. The only reason I'm selling is because I've bought an air tent, Outwell again and polycotton, as I don't think I would camp in anything else after my Bear Lake.
