Fantastic pony club/ riding club pony! in Lydney

Inca is a light weight, eight year old black cob, standing at 14.2hh. A friend rescued her and she came to us early in the year where we continued her education on the ground. Inca is riding beautifully in walk, trot and canter where she has proved easy and willing. Incs has been ridden in open spaces, past flags, bins and traffic and is forward going but easily controllable. She absolutely loves to jump! Inca really loves her work and would suit a pony club home or even someone who would like to do low level eventing! £ with price to increase as she does more!

Blackwoodland Jive- Registered Irish Grade 1 Connemara gelding by I Love You Melody out of Blackwoodland Joy. No vices. Very typey- judges love him. Jive has striking looks and wonderful movement. He came here from Ireland and lived in his previous home for 5 years. He has proved to be a cracking competition pony with great results and rosettes every time out. He has won and been placed in dressage, ODE, arena eventing, M & M showing and WP, performance pony, SJ, Show x, HT and CT. Jive is particularly good at dressage and working towards medium. He never comes home without a ribbon. Jive hunts beautifully and has hacked out with three generations in his previous family and ours around a busy village and fields both alone and in company. Snaffle mouth in all disciplines though goes up a gear XC. Jive is a real people pony. Friendly, inquisitive and intelligent. Loves a fuss but doesn't like being sprayed with fly spray! Excellent to clip and catch, dentist, shoe and box with no vices, health issues, melanomas etc. Jive would suit a competition/pony/riding club home with a confident child or small adult. Excellent mother/daughter share. He is forgiving and obedient and tries hard to please. He is going to waste with me. I broke my back and am an older rider and he needs more than a two mile hack twice a week. He should be doing what he does best and that's going out and winning! Daisy is a 12.1hh, 9year old dartmoor mare, who is looking for a small child to share her 2-3 days a week with her current little sharer. Daisy has a huge heart and will be any child's best friend. She is perfect on the lead rein, adores children, and will stand all day to be groomed and pampered. She has been to dressage, jumping and showing competitions in the past year, and behaved immaculately on all outings. She has been to the children's meets this season where she proved very popular with both her little jockeys who have all come back with big smiles. Perfect Event/Show Jump/Pony Club Pony in Chathill

Casper is a 14 year old grey gelding with a LHC of cm. He is safe and genuine in every way and would be suitable for a child (approx 12 years) wanting to start competing in BE eventing or BS showjumping or a small adult for BE/Riding Club. Until last year when my daughter became too old for Juniors, he jumped up to Newcomers and has 265 points therefore still eligible for Discovery classes. This year he switched to eventing and has proved to be a consistent performer with many placings (see BE website under XZIBIT). He is NOT a first pony so no complete novices please as he is not a kick along. He has done all pc disciplines, junior camps and senior camps. 11hh welsh section A pony club lead rein pony

Our beloved pony Barney is sadly up for sale after 7 great years. All my children have ridden him from being toddlers and he has been their first pony so this is such a sad sale. He enjoys being worked and will whinny when he sees you bringing tack so it's unfair on him to be left without a job. I am advertising him as a lead rein pony as this is what he prefers in a schooling situation as he can be nappy without his leader in the arena and he much prefers having mum or dad to walk beside or even run in front. He will hack out perfectly off the lead and goes off your voice. He has been ridden around hopton x country off the lead and on the farnley ride and Escrick park. He will jump small jumps and has got a good jump but it's not something he enjoys. He is just ridden now and then at the moment but he is exactly the same ride how ever long he is left. Barney has been involved with all pony club activities including mounted games, mini camp, mini cross country, lessons and jumping with my daughter from being age 5. He has competed on the mini mounted games for 2 seasons on the lead and did wetherby weekend this year off the lead in the junior team and did great. Totally unfazed with a busy environment and does not get silly or excitable, he's very happy to stand on the line and just wait his turn and knows the equipment. When at shows he just stands patiently and nods off. He will ride and lead and is responsive to voice commands which is great for teaching little ones to canter on the lead. A shout of whoa quickly brings him back to walk! We've stayed away at shows and he is happy to be corralled in an pen and will not stress if left on his own, he just enjoys being out and having a job to do. He can be a bit grumpy to handle and will pull the odd face. He will live out with a shelter or come in at night and he is happy with both. He is very clean in the stable and will poo in a bucket at the back! He can be left for weeks and then ridden and he is exactly the same, just steady away.
