It is a fantastic printer for printing onto sublimation media to create t-shirts, mugs, bags etc. We have used this printer for about 3 months and is in excellent condition. It is still boxed, is provided with a power cable, usb and RJ45 cables. I am able to send designs to it from my iPad although I'm not sure if that is simply because I'm connected to the same network or if the printer is Airplay compatible. Please check on Ricoh's website if you need the answer. However it works for me. We're parting with it simply because we have outgrown it and have upgraded to higher volume kit. The printer has a set of reusable printer cartridges so you just need to buy sublimation ink, readily available on the internet, and refill the cartridges. There’s also a bundle of transfer paper to get you going. The quality of print is excellent and speed of print is excellent (unto 29 pages per minute). It has full duplex capability so can print on both sides of any paper without manually turning the paper round. The paper tray holds 250 sheets of paper and additional paper trays can be added if needed. I know many people who use this printer for their t-shirt printing businesses simply because it is such an excellent machine. Inside the box is a ICC profile disk to gain excellent colour reproduction from your favourite design application like Photoshop or Corel Draw. Driver CD is included but up to date drivers are available for download from the Ricoh site for PC (unto Windows 10) and Mac (up to MacOS ) although I have has it working lovely on the beta MacOS I will do my best to answer any questions but would suggest checking out the web and Ricoh's website first as I'm a designer first, techie second. The paper tray holds 250 sheets of paper and additional paper trays can be added if needed. I know many people who use this printer for their t-shirt printing businesses simply because it is such an excellent machine. Inside the box is a ICC profile disk to gain excellent colour reproduction from your favourite design application like Photoshop or Corel Draw. Driver CD is included but up to date drivers are available for download from the Ricoh site for PC (unto Windows 10) and Mac (up to MacOS ) although I have has it working lovely on the beta MacOS I will do my best to answer any questions but would suggest checking out the web and Ricoh's website first as I'm a designer first, techie second.
