Beautiful and very large industrial lamp by the Benjamin brand, England, . It's a 'Duoflux floodlight' (also known as a 'shovel light' because of its shape), which was used to illuminate large areas like factory halls and petrol stations (see photo). Exterior is grey enamel, interior white enamel, with a black enamel rim. The lamp is in very good condition. All metal parts have been lightly polished to a glossy finish. Includes a custom made mount to attach it to a wall. The angle of the lamp shade can be adjusted with a bolt.Fitted with a new porcelain lamp holder (E27) and a new cord (approx. 3 m). Measurements are 64 cm wide,58 cm deep and 45 cm high. Weight: 12 kg (including wall mount). Quite rare, especially in this condition, and a true eye-catcher!
