Registered Standard Shetland Pony For Sale. Chaser stands at 42 inches and is a good strong solid stocky cream dun gelding. He is 9 years old and in good health. Strong willed and a bit stubborn so will need a firm hand so maybe a bit too strong for a child to handle on their own. Chaser is a ride and drive pony. He had a driving accident 4 years ago (not his fault as I didn't fasten his harness tight enough so it came undone and he bolted) he hasn't done anything since as I don't have the knowledge to rebreak him. In the right hands being rebroken to ride and drive he would go far. I have had Chaser for 8 years and will be upset to see him go as he is a stunning cheeky boy. Home more important than price and will be vetted too so no dealers need message me. Chasers is only looking for his forever home. I'm selling my homebred pair of Black Standard Shetland Mares. Rosie and Jem Family circumstances has changed and this has forced me to decided to sell Rosie and Jem. BB Okehurst Ragdoll Rosie - Dam Melliver Ocean approx 39in BB Okehurst Ragdoll Jem - Dam Carmaco Pearly Queen approx 38in Both girls sired by Ceann Vanish. I have broken Rosie to drive. She is very green but willing and ready to move on with her training. Jem long reins and wears full harness happily. They live out but have been in stables, they live together or separate Not been in mixed herds as I do not have geldings. Without a second pair of hands on the yard, I can't continue their training and feel it is time to sell them. I believe they will make a great trails pair. Quick to learn honest mares. Registered Shetland Pony Grey Mare 20 years young and an absolute poppet. We have owned her for over 6 years and we new the previous owner who bred a couple of foals from her and who only sold her as she was moving to France. Her previous owner also showed her at Devon County Show, where i believe she was placed 6th in a large class. This little mare is an absolute poppet, she is so easy, she happily lives in with others or on her own. She has more recently been used as a companion to an old mare who passed away 3 years ago, she has since been a field ornament and loving it. She has proved the safest little pony around children, she will happily stand tied to a hay net to be brushed, bathed and fussed over. She has never kicked or bitten. Excellent to catch, bath, farrier, load / travel, happily lives in or out. Please do not let her age put you off, she is lovely with no health issues.
