Buddy is a 14hh approx, 9 yr old registered Highland gelding. He is a great character to have around, he lives out with mares and geldings and is good to catch,trim,box,clip. Buddy hacks alone and in company and has been good in any traffic he has come across. He has not been to many shows through no fault of his own but behaved perfectly when out. He has 3 nice paces and will work in a nice outline, however he is still green so would benefit from schooling. He enjoys popping a jump and has completed a PC rally and Hunter Trial. We have owned him for the past 4 years and it is sadly through lack of time that we have decided to sell him.He has a lot to offer and loves one to one attention. 14hh Highland Pony Gelding rising 11yrs

I have owned my lovely highland pony for almost 8 years, he was a three year old when I got him. We have competed successfully at dressage and have done a few novice tests. I work full time and have another pony and sadly just don't have the time to do them both justice. I have therefore come to the very sad decision to try and find someone who wants a new bestfriend. He is easy to look after, barefoot and could live off air! He does sadly suffer sweetitich and does need to be kept rugged in summer. He has lost some forelock this summer but still has full mane and tail. He does like to spend some time inside in summer but probably would live out if the flies allow. He is easy to clip, load and generally a very friendly pony. He is not spooky and hacks alone and in company. He is stabled on a busy farm and regulalry sees mountain bikes, dogs, tractors, motor bikes etc. He would come with his rugs and tack, made to measure AVA saddle, look at the video on the website - we are stars!! He is registered with the Highland Pony Society, he hasn't been shown just because that isn't my thing. Read More
