Rare Gibson Les Paul Custom Florentine Plus Year trade R8/R9

Absolutely stunning Gibson Les Paul Florentine plus (also known as a bantam elite plus) from the year . The original retail price confirmed by Gibson was $. (Emails included in photo's) Plays like a dream on a beautiful ebony board with very little fret ware. Sounds incredible thanks to a solid maple cap (not laminated like a 335) the sound is like a les paul custom but really wants to sing and sustain thanks to the semi hollow design. Fitted with the factory original 57 classic pickups. Comes in the Gibson hardcase that does have some wear. The condition of the guitar is very good, there are a couple of marks but none through the lacquer and are to be expected on an instrument of this age. Gibson were pretty sporadic in issuing COA's in the late 90's so this didn't have one however I do have emails for Gibson Europe confirming spec and authenticity so buy in confidence. Any trial welcome, I am based in Doncaster. Any other questions give me a call or text on . I would prefer cash on collection and I do travel around so a meet is possible. GIBSON LES PAUL DELUXE (1 OF 400 MADE) RARE GUITAR××××SWAP TRADE ONLY××××.

Here is a rare opertunity to aquire one of these rare gold top deluxe les pauls. This is 1 of only 400 made so pretty hard to get hold of, the guitar has spent most of its life inside its black gibson hard case so is in very very good order just a couple of marks round the rear strap button that are to small to photograph. The finish is the old style antique gold much revered by gibson fans and is starting to laquer crack in one or two places and really gives it that vintage look. Everything good about gibson is in this guitar and its a bloody belter. One piece mahogany back and neck,matched maple cap, green keys, the binding round the headstock is rarely seen on les pauls now. The mini humbuckers are nice, plenty of grunt without going muddy and ultra clear. Weight of this is remarkably light and is a joy to play its one of those you can put round your shoulder and play all night without getting any neck strain. Any way enough babbling on, its only up for swap as i play my r7 more now as i dont want to mark this one. Not up for grabs very often so going up in price all the time every time they are listed, last one for sale i saw was on reverb a couple of years ago in the states at . Here I have my stunning Gibson lp custom black beauty made in . All original apart from the tuners but I still have the original tuners as seen in pic. No extra holes as the new tuners fit perfectly. T top pickups which sound bluesy but also rock out. Original case... these alone are going for £450 alone. The guitar itself is in really great condition for her age with no buckle rash or anything other than very minor light surface marks but for a 75 trust me it doesn't get better. Greetings, Previously owned by an important band's guitar player (have to respect their wish and keep it a low profile), this is one hell of an instrument. First, because of its history, second because it features Real ebony and not last because it's a Custom Shop creation. The top on this guitar is a true admiration for me. It seems like plain top but under certain light angle it assumes that tight and deep flame. Killer! The neck is straight, there's minimal fret wear. All the electronics and finish are original. No breaks, no repairs, no modifications. Original hard shell case in used but good condition included! Detailed description of the item below: Headstock: Clean, one ding on the front corner and one ding on the back. Neck: Solid, no breaks, no repairs, no alterations. The Real ebony board is clean and there are no cracks, the frets show virtually no wear and the neck is straight. Typical Rounded Neck profile just as any Les Paul Custom from the era. Body: Clean overall, light surface scratches on the back plus a few insignificant and finish-only dings, various surface dings around the input jack area but nothing through the finish. The top is mostly clean with light dings here and there but hard to notice as they match the color and they are not through the finish.
