I have an old 2 storey hutch which is a bit weathered at the front but usable all the same. It has had a hutch cover to the sides,roof and rear so they are in good condition. Front could do with a re-stain. There is some wear and tear to the inside which you would expect with rodents. I do also have the ladder just needs re-attaching as i used it as two separate hutches.
