I have a homemade 2 tier indoor guinea pig hutch which is available for collection. It has a ladder to connect it to the upstairs bedroom compartment. It is solidly made and has handles on the side to move it around with ease. It does not have a felt roof so only suitable for indoors,outhouse,shed etc. It measures 4 ft long x 2ft high x 15" deep. Just has a bit of staining to floor which you won't see once bedding is put down. Suitable for rodents as has small wire mesh. Buyer to collect from Wokingham.
