14.3hh - Low Mileage 8yr Old Pure Bred Reg Arab Gelding in

14.3hh 8yr old Reg pure bred Grey Arab gelding. Very pretty boy from Polish Ekstern line. This horse has very little mileage for age and will need re-schooling through the winter. He was a used as a stallion as a youngster and then was gelded and broken as a 5yr old with Helen Jones "JETS " over a 8 week period. Previous owner then turned him away until I bought him in July as a 8yr old. I have re-started him after 3 yrs of doing nothing and we have got to the point of giving him 6 weeks of slow road work in company. He is still very green in the saddle and needs far more work than I can give him which is the reason for sad sale. Due to him doing so little he is also more like a 3yr old to work with on the ground. I bought him to do Dressage and Showing as he moves very well but now i know him I think he is going to be too busy and will be far more suited to Endurance or even Jumping with the right rider. Due to an old injury (of mine) I have been forced to stop riding suddenly for a while and both my horses have been turned away rugged up. He has been clipped this autumn, seen the farrier and has been wormed and vaccinated for tetanus. He is 100% Not a Novice ride and will need an experienced rider and handler to bring the best out of him. He has bags of potential if you have the time and can put some effort into working with him. Priced to sell as needs to be in work this winter so he can finally get out and about next year. Lovely 15.1hh part bred Arab gelding, 9 years old, ideal mother daughter share or for a confident novice He is good in all ways, shoe, box, clip, turns out nicely with our gelding, stallion and colt. Lives in or out, doesn't mind either. He has been in over the winter and fit, however out of work for 2 weeks as he cut his face but it has healed. He is lean, needs some condition and then Won't take much to fitten back up, he is good to ride alone, across open fields, perfect in traffic doesn't look at a thing. Has seen all farm machinery/ quads on the road etc, I haven't rode him in company but imagine he would love it! Not strong at all ridden in a snaffle, schooled nicely in all three paces would do a dressage test lovely with a bit of practice. Pops a small course of jumps, hasn't done a lot of jumping - took him to a few unaffiliated sj, but very willing His only bad point is he doesn't like to stand still what you get on at first, but has no badness about it just wants to get on! You can get off and back on out on a hack, in the school to put a jump up etc and he will stand fine, it is just initially He is green for his age and has low miles with being a happy hacker for the first few years of his life but would make someone very happy!!
