Lovely 12.1 project pony for sale. Blue and white cob X. Lightly backed and schooled but needs further education to bring out his full potential. Bought for my daughter but he can be a little too strong on the ground never nasty but would be suited to a more confident handler a firm but fair hand. He has an amazing thick long mane and feathers although he doesn't like having his feet touched a bit of time and patience and I'm sure he will be fine as he now let's me stroke them! Very lovely iron/dapple grey mare, quiet, good bone. Stands about 16.2, turned five early September. Bought wild from a herd as a project, but just dont have the time to break/bring on. Bought specifically to do side saddle and three day event with. Now halter broken, used to daily stable life, will lead, have rugs on, (still working on back feet) not a mean horse, always the lowest in the herd despite her size!! Very green and uneducated, but brave and bold to investigate. One heck of a jump on her! She jumped four & 1/2 foot stock fence, but by accident I think, but wont jump electric tape. I have for sale a 12.2 hh pony that is definitely in the wrong home with me as we are only novices and due to being not told the truth about her is having to be rehomed, she is 4 years old and is very mareish, she needs to go to an experienced home were someone can start from scratch with her, she doesn't like her space being invaded and is very quick to spin and try and kick, my daughter has been on lead reign an have no problems with that and I have been in the school with her to try and forward her but going from trot to anything else does like a little buck, off lead reign is a little green but then she is only 4, you can not pick her feet up but my farrier has been so good and has been trimming her feet, it takes a while till she bonds with you and will only tend to get close to 1 or 2 people I have got to the point were I can brush her all over but have to be careful with her back end, I'm very honest as I want her to have the best outcome in life and for my daughter she wants a pony she can cuddle and love and this mare does not like a lot of fuss, once tacked up is happier and calmer and wants to be on the go don't hesitate to ask any questions but she must go to an experienced home only

Lovely cob project pony

April, Traditional cob mare 7 years old. Project pony for teenager/ small adult. I am unable to ride at the moment as university and work commitments. She is however a great pony to ride bags of fun and potential. Would make someone a lovely pony or a riding school pony. She is great in open spaces in fields and the schools always so good. She has an amazing jump and loves it. Happily jumps course have lots of videos of her doing these. Hacks out however prefers company but with a confident rider she would go alone, the photo with the other pony is one we took on a hack. Megan is a lovely 7 yr old (technically 8 this year but was foaled in September) 15.1hh TB X COB. I bought her as a ridden companion for my baby whilst she was away on holiday but she is about to come back in to work, she's a lovely horse she is always perfect to handle on the ground babies can go and cuddle her in the field and she loves it, she is good to ride but i would say she would suit a lad or a girl/adult who is strong minded and experienced as she will occasionally throw in a buck (being honest) and if she is allowed to get away with it she will try. She has never done this with my partner though. She jumps 3ft with ease. She will make a cracking little show jumper!! She will school on the flat but it does need some work, she's good to hack nothing fazes her she will happily stand by the train track waiting for the train no problem. Up to date with her jabs. She is not a novice ride not at all! And will not be sold to anyone who is going to pass her around or I feel are novices. Lovely 14.3hh 6 yr old ISH All rounder Project

Joey is a handsome 14.3hh 6yr old bay ISH who needs an experienced and confident rider. My 13 year old daughter has had him for 18 months but we have come to the conclusion that they just aren’t the right match. Joey has done xc and sj (not dressage) but in all three disciplines he needs more schooling. He is becoming consistent jumping poles and had two outings in the summer (at 60 and 70) with double clears and rosettes both times. He has a good pop on him and can jump 90 at home. He is not so keen on fillers and can refuse so needs someone patient and experienced to help him become confident when jumping all types of fences. He is excellent to hack on his own, isn't fazed by any traffic, cyclists etc and is used to farm machinery. However, whilst we used to hack him in company, due to not having another horse we haven’t for the last eight months and he has now started bucking when being ridden with a group of horses. Please note this is only when hacking or doing xc in a group. He is very happy and calm at shows etc milling around with other horses and using the warm up ring. He has been to pony club camp twice, shows, rallies and lessons, and isn’t worried about new surroundings. He is perfect to load in the trailer and will stand all day. He is good with the farrier, dentist and to catch, groom, tack up and also to clip. He can live with geldings or mares (ideally not a mix) and can live in or out. Joey has a scar on the left side of his neck, the result of an injury when he was a foal but this does not affect him. He is up to date with worming, teeth, feet and back.
