Cob mare for sale. 13.2hh, approximately 5 years old. Has lived with us for 3 years. Daughter has spent time with her during previous spring and summer times. Last summer pony was introduced to bridle and saddle. Lightly backed in arena while on a lead rein. Sat on bare back and sat on with saddle. Good to do in all ways: farrier, vet, clip, groom, box, lead out in traffic, with children, dogs, other horses. Used to tractors, motor bikes, cars, cows and sheep. Cob X friesian mare 15.3hh 5 years old *project horse* in

This is bonnie, I bought her a year ago as a wild pony I was told came from the new forest and hadn't been touched. The lady I bought her from had her for a year before I bought her but didn't do much work with her. I spent a lot of time in the summer with her and managed to fight with her to get a head collar and lead rope on (by fight I mean it took 3 men to get it on.) On the lead rope she is fine and after a bit of encouragement she will let you touch her. However, off the lead rope she is pretty much completely wild. You can't get more than 3 feet to her, she hates anyone being in a stable with her. I made quite a bit of progress with her over summer however I really don't have the time for her anymore and she is coming up 5 this year and I don't want time to run out for her simply because I don't have the time. She is the most challenging horse I've ever had and I've been around horses my whole life and worked with very difficult horses before. I'm not going to lie and try and dress it up. She will take a lot of work, but she is a beautiful horse and does have a kind nature. She has never reared or tried to hurt me in anyway before. If you are still interested please give me a phone

Very lovely iron/dapple grey mare, quiet, good bone. Stands about 16.2, turned five early September. Bought wild from a herd as a project, but just dont have the time to break/bring on. Bought specifically to do side saddle and three day event with. Now halter broken, used to daily stable life, will lead, have rugs on, (still working on back feet) not a mean horse, always the lowest in the herd despite her size!! Very green and uneducated, but brave and bold to investigate. One heck of a jump on her! She jumped four & 1/2 foot stock fence, but by accident I think, but wont jump electric tape. 8 year old mare project for the summer seriously sweet

Very sweet pretty mare. Fantastic stable manners can do anything with her groom feet wash etc love's cuddles will follow you around the stable but unfortunately she is just to fresh from doing nothing all winter for my daughter and she has lost interest. She hasn't done much or anything all winter and needs bringing back into work. I've seen all the videos of her jumping last summer but needs bringing back into work and time that we don't have. Such a shame because she is so sweet and in the right hands would make a lovely pony for confident rider who loves to jump. My daughter will not get on her so just in the stable and wasted. Sensible offers please phone to discuss. A friend did ride her and said she has a lovely outline and paces. Her passport says 14 hands but looks smaller. Easy to do cheap to keep lives in or out previously kept out with shelter. No loans please. She will come with fleece rug just bought plus out door rug and tack albeit not great. She is really adorable and just wants to be loved. Price reflects the fact that she needs bringing back into work but a bargain and such an adorable pony that just wants to be loved. Has been ridden a few times now in the skl and showing great progress. Holds her head lovely and lovely trot. Early days but a great start but after the easter holidays I will have less time but if she continues to work well the price will only go up. She deserves a loving home such a sweetie.

16yr old cob mare and colt foal ideal child's project

***offers welcome***Here I have dolly the broodmare and blue eyes the colt, he is 2 months old and will be ready to seperate in december which he will be 6 months old. Dolly I bought last year havent done anything with, got told she previously carried children around the field just by a halter, I find her a little nervous she can be approached and fussed she calls out at feeding time but not fussed on being touched while she eats, she is halter broken and walks next to you like a lady, blue eyes havent been halter broken yet hoping yo do it soon and have him wakked around by my children on lead rope. They will be both sold from field, both ponies will do great in any show as the movements they have are breath taking, they are all rounder ponies and will look lovely ridden, as a driving horse or shown in hand. Even though dolly is 16 please dont let her age put you off as she has a lot more experienced years ahead of her to please a lovely child and family. Blue eyes has quite high legs so hopefully he will be a bit taller than dolly who stands at 13hh and his dad is 15hh. Both ponies are currently in the swansea area. Please note I don't have transport for them. I will take offers for them as I need them to go to a family that will show their full potential and I haven't got time for that right now. Please vear in mind as you can see in pictures that dolly isn't as bulky as she should be due to blue eyes still sucking from her but he is also confidently eating grass and haylage.
