Very sweet kind mare, will follow you round the field and always first to come in. Hasn't been ridden for the last 3 years as had a foal and then turned away. I bought her to keep my old horse company but really wasted, she could make a great riding club horse. I've lunged her in the field just on a head collar and good as gold. 16.2 bay TB mare, good doer lives happily out all year. She is off the field as was turned away for the winter. She is a nice chunky eye catching mare with no lumps bumps or scars. She is older at 19 but still has many years left in her as she has been looked after all her life. She raced for about five years and was placed and has been a broodmare. Unlike some ex racers she works well under saddle understands leg yeilding and hacks alone or in company gets a little excited in the open but has brakes. I think she will make a nice show prospect or dressage. There is however a down side, Magic is not for a novice, she is a project and can be dominant and has a nice line in face pulling. She is unshod at the moment and unfit. She is bombproof with dogs traffic etc but will need you to give her confidence with the dreaded plastic bags etc. She is not great to shoe but loads well and really prefers to be out all year. This mare has a lot of potential as a project or ridded companion and deserves more than me. In all honesty we are not a great match hence why she is for sale and priced as she is. I need something more family friendly and Magic deserves a lot more attention and work than she is getting. She turns out well with others but can be bossy when food is around. As I said she is dominant but intelligent and a quick learner. No novices. Comes with rugs teeth done and back done.
