8 year old mare project for the summer seriously sweet

Very sweet pretty mare. Fantastic stable manners can do anything with her groom feet wash etc love's cuddles will follow you around the stable but unfortunately she is just to fresh from doing nothing all winter for my daughter and she has lost interest. She hasn't done much or anything all winter and needs bringing back into work. I've seen all the videos of her jumping last summer but needs bringing back into work and time that we don't have. Such a shame because she is so sweet and in the right hands would make a lovely pony for confident rider who loves to jump. My daughter will not get on her so just in the stable and wasted. Sensible offers please phone to discuss. A friend did ride her and said she has a lovely outline and paces. Her passport says 14 hands but looks smaller. Easy to do cheap to keep lives in or out previously kept out with shelter. No loans please. She will come with fleece rug just bought plus out door rug and tack albeit not great. She is really adorable and just wants to be loved. Price reflects the fact that she needs bringing back into work but a bargain and such an adorable pony that just wants to be loved. Has been ridden a few times now in the skl and showing great progress. Holds her head lovely and lovely trot. Early days but a great start but after the easter holidays I will have less time but if she continues to work well the price will only go up. She deserves a loving home such a sweetie.

8 Year old CHAPS Registered project mare FOR SALE in

The lovely Chloe is offered for sale as a project to an experienced 5* home only. 8 year old approx 14hands CHAPS registered mare. Chloe came to us in May where it became apparent that she was a pacer. She was also previously a welfare case and had been locked in her stable for 12 months with her foal. She was rescued approx a year ago. Due to this she can understandably be a bit weary of new people however she settled in relatively quickly despite this. She is good to catch, happily lives in or out, good for the farrier, and generally a lovely little mare. She can be a bit spooky at times when leading to and from field. She has undergone a lot of ground work and is now working under saddle nicely. Occasionally if she becomes unbalanced she will revert to pacing for a few strides however this is getting less and less each session. She lunges nicely off of voice commands. She needs to go to someone who knows what they are doing and will be able to continue to work with her. She can take 5-10 minutes to settle in the school but works nicely after this. She has a lovely soft mouth and responds nicely to the seat. She has just started doing some canter work undersaddle but is still quite unbalanced although 100% willing to please and give it a go. She has seen some small cross poles but jumping does not seem to be her forte. She has hacked in company where she was forward but spooky at times. Chloe really needs a experienced home who are willing to put the time and effort in with her and not rush her. This home also needs to be quiet and loving not somewhere that will use brute force to get results. She would suit a natural horsemanship home, with someone who will understand her needs. She is a lovely little project for someone and have no doubts that she will make a lovely riding pony for someone. Has not bucked, reared or bolted while with us. Snaffle mouthed. In a mixed herd and acts as mother of the group, very very tolerant of our young ponies that like to run in to her and use her as a rubbing post frequently! She does have a lovely temperament but occasionally has her guard up due to her neglectful past. Will only sell to an experienced home who will give her the time to progress into the lovely pony that she is. Welsh section c gelding 5 year old (not measured) Chico would make an ideal project for someone to work on, he has so much potential, he has three fantastic paces. He is one of the most loving youngsters I have ever come across, he will follow you round the field all day, loves to be groomed and fussed and will make anyone a lovely pet. 6 year old 13hh Fell cross gelding - Companion/Project

I am offering for sale my 6 year old fell cross gelding. Bertie was bought as a companion 3 years ago for company for my injured horse who needed a quiet life. Over the 3 years with us he has been a companion for different horses. He will turn out with any horse or pony and is no trouble at all. He is good to do, lives out all year round although we do rug and hard feed him in winter. He is never sick or sorry, good to do in all ways but does prefer a sensitive person as he can be quite nervy. He will stay alone in field or stable and is not remotely bothered if another horse is taken away from him. We backed and broke Bertie 2 years ago. He is extremely sharp, requires an experienced rider. he was ridden away for around 3 months but due to time commitments i could not continue his education and he hasn't been ridden since. With 3 other ponies all in work we do not have the time to bring him back into work now. We have taken Bertie to a couple of in hand shows where he has always been in the ribbons! He will happily stand on the trailer all day, just enjoys being out. I am selling as a companion due to how sharp he can be ridden. I would not recommend him for a child, due to being nervy I am open to sensible offer because of the negative points above.
