Stunning 15hh WPBR 4 year old gelding

Backed and turned away. Please read below!!! Absolutely stunning liver chestnut Gelding. I purchased Herbie earlier in the year to back bring on and produced this summer. Regrettably I have had a fall of a different horse and have now broken my arm. I was hoping to carry on with him when I am healed but I am now struggling to afford the upkeep and so sadly have decided to find him a new home sooner. He is an absolute joy to work with. He has been ridden in the arena and in the dressage boards in walk and trot and has also been hacked out in walk and trot. He has walked over Poles and all sorts of scary tarpaulins! He is great to catch and has been shod in front. Good to handle bath groom etc. He has lovely paces and would make a lovely all-rounder or pony club sort. No issues or vices or injuries. Obviously is now sold from the field as has not been sat on and ridden for over a month due to my injury. I do have some video of him being ridden out for anyone who is genuinely interested. A stunning pony by Heaton Romeo who has been shown in hand and as a lead rein. He has taught my 3 children to ride on lead rein and then off lead rein out hacking, but he is not a first ridden pony in the school or at events as can get strong, excited and pop in a buck. He would suit a confident older child or small adult as the rider needs to get him going forward and work him properly. He has been schooled for showing and can canter on command but with us he has been primarily used to hack. An absolute darling to handle at home, good to loads, good with vet and farrier, has no health issues. All vaccinations and teeth up to date (April ) and only has front shoes (goes bare foot in the winter when we do less road work). Lives out most of the winter (until our ground can’t cope) and then in at night/ out by day (rugged part of the winter). Beautiful palomino 12.2 gelding 12 years old

Only experienced horsey family please !! I have a beautiful little 12.2 pony who we have owned for 6 years, I looking for a sharer so pony to stay in our currant yard. I am looking for a rider who is looking to exercise our little boy. He is great to catch tack up get on and go. Hacking can get a bit joggy only sometimes but nothing too scary. He has done lead rein which is great and then off, walk trots canters and jumps but we don't really do jumping with him that much as really more a show pony works in a great outline when asked correctly. My 12 year old is going onto her next pony and sadly outgrown him, so she goes still ride him and loves him but feel someone else could be having some fun with him. We would prefer an experienced family to share him as a typical Welsh section b pony. He is out at the moment but has him own stable and tack rugs etc. In the winter comes in at night and out during the day. I love this pony so much so no time wasters please. He loves hacking and is fine on his own or in a group. He loves to pop small//medium jumps (I have videos) and is a good, all round sort. Previous, he has worked as a beach trecker and attended fun rides, Very easy to manage on the yard, will stand for a groom all day, a very good dooer and is responsive to leg and voice aids (I’ve done quite a bit of ground work with him). The downside (some would say)...he cribs in the stable. It has no effect on him to date, I just check his teeth every 6 months. I’m in no rush to move him on, I can wait for the right home and I’ll continue working with him to keep him fit and active. Always in the top 3 placings in M&M classes, with championships amongst his winnings. Shown at County Level inhand placing 4th in a strong class at Herts county Show. Has had a late start in life and only backed as a 5yr old. Has been lightly backed and ridden by my 6yr old son at home in walk and trot. Hacks out alone and in company on the lead rein, can be sharp at times so needs an experienced handler and competent rider to bring out the best of him.
