There is a deep unit under the seat but I have lost the lid this can be removed but is ideal to store bags of groundbait etc while fishing. This box is rock solid. Issues. Not the prettiest cosmetically Has some gold spray on it (spraying guitar, not watching what I was doing). One of the footplate wheels is rusted on. It moves backwards and forwards, but won't tighten up. I lock the footplate with just one of those screws. The screws are £4 BUT I was nearly born in Yorkshire!
