Used but in good working condition.  Mexican Grackle noseband.  The Mexican grackle sits higher up on the horses face, usually above the horses protruding cheekbone as opposed to the English grackle with sits under the protruding cheek bone.   It is fully adjustable and has the original padding under the central part.  It is quite commonly used now for stronger horses and ponies as it helps to stop the horse crossing its jaw and evading the riders aids.

I think these are brown, Ive oiled them and they are quite dark brown, but I'm fairly confident they aren't black.  They dont have a buckle at the rider end so they should, in theory be reins for a curb for a double bridle, but I don;t suppose that makes any difference.  Billet fastening to the bit Usual oiled and soaped prior to posting
