15.1hh piebald gelding, 9yrs old. Easy to catch, groom, bath, feet, teeth and loves attention, he is a real sweet little character, he has been used as a field companion all his life for his previous owner that doesn't ride and had no intension of riding but then she needed to cut down on numbers, I bought him in the summer as a project to bring on he was a little sweetie to handle and break he has been lunged, long lined, loose jumped, sat on and led around the village by riding another horse and has met traffic and tractors with no problems, he really wouldn't take much finishing off but I have had a change in circumstances after having a bad riding accident, (not on him!!) and he has just been left all winter to get hairy and fat!!! Oreo is the sweetest man to have around; he loves everybody, human or not, he doesn't discriminate. His favourite snacks are batter bits and birthday cake and he does love to share your morning coffee! He was built for comfort, not speed and will go all day long. he is forward going and very sweet under saddle. Not a ploddy type. makes a lovely shape when working and with a bit more time spent with him he would look smashing in a dressage or show ring. He has lots more to experience in life and is enthusiastic about everything that he does. Hacks out alone or in company and is good in traffic. would be super for fun rides and just generally living a sociable life. He will pop a little SJ course but would much rather keep his feet on the ground and shake his apple bottom in the show ring and then hang around the burger van chatting with friends. Murphy (Murphys Half Pint) is a 13hh piebald cob gelding. Hes 4 years old however don’t be put off by his age! He has been ridden by experienced riders to being on and off the leadrein for children who have never even sat on a horse. This pony gives you so much confidence when you’re on board, never reared or bucked. Good to hack alone or in company, when in company he will go in front or behind never nappy. Ive hacked Murphy along main roads, in open fields and around the local forests. Hes got 3 nice paces, he is more forward when out however not silly or strong.
