It hasn't been used for over 10 years but I've checked it over and it still works fine - these things were built to last. All of the video functions are ok - FF,RW, Play, Record, Zoom, viewfinder etc. The power supply/charger runs the camera without a battery fitted and also has connections for TV. The only battery I have is the original and won't charge any longer. New batteries are available off the internet. Vintage Panasonic NV-MS1B S-VHS Super VHS Movie Camera with original hard case

Increasingly a rare item, in original hard carry case, including mains power supply, no batteries (the huge and heavy lead batteries for these cameras customarily die after a few years and don't hold a charge) and including operating instruction manual. Excellent cosmetic condition. Good Panasonic video zoom lens, clear and clean glass. See photos. Auto or manual focus. Manual iris control. Video gain selector for low light use. Selector for standard VHS or Super VHS quality. The high end video camera of its day (late s)! Last used 12 months ago and worked fine. Super VHS footage has a lovely muted colour to it that has been lost in the digital era, and SVHS image is much higher-resolution than standard VHS. Camera powered up fine today but is 'sold as seen' and 'untested' since I cannot guarantee it works completely as it should now.
