I am selling a tilting Pendle 2-bike capacity tow-bar mounted bike rack. Although the capacity is for 2 bikes, we have used this for 2 adult and a child's bike with no problems. This is exceptionally sturdy and easy to assemble and fit. The tilting feature allows you to access the boot whilst bikes are attached to the rack. Bikes are held in place by both tyres and lean against the vertical support, making them very solid and stable. Straps are included and these secure the bikes to the rack at 3 points. There are no fiddly or gimmicky bike clamps to damage paintwork, or that don't fit your bike. The rack is adjustable to fit your bike in a matter of seconds. Adjusts for wheelbase, frame shape and bike width. Includes light unit and has on-the-ball mounting. The mounting block clamps onto your tow bar using 4 bolts that can easily be removed. We bought a garage mount from Pendle to turn this rack into a home storage system, which is brilliant for space saving in the garage or shed. You can buy these from Pendle at a cost of approx £25.
