Excellent condition bike rack from a quality manufacturer, that fits on the tow bar. Fittings for second bike (shown in photo) simple to attach on the free bar - I was only carrying one bike usually but have had two fitted. It can tilt away from the car with the bikes on it to open hatchbacks. Lights were all working but no longer have the car with the towbar so cannot test. Cable and plug in excellent condition.
