As it is the 'high' version it allows you to tow a caravan, trailer etc at the same time as carrying the pedal cycles. 'High' means the pedal cycles are higher in the air and will not interfere, when turning, with the caravan, jockey wheel, handbrake etc,. Different sizes of pedal cycles are catered for.
