Purebred pedigree Duroc piglets. Born 12th august . Ready to leave at 8 weeks old on 7th October . The piglets will be wormed,ear tagged and the births will be notified with the British pig association so if you want them registered as pedigree pigs that not a problem. Durocs are a very hardy friendly pig,ideally suited to free range life. They grow a thick coat in the winter and are almost bald in the summer they don't suffer from sunburn like pink pigs do. They are a very muscular pig so are great lean pork pigs. They are excellent food converters ideal for all pork,sausage,ham,bacon. Ready for the freezer after 6 months.
