This is a great used Elite viewer in good condition and made in Belgium. On the box it reads, Double optically worked lens for big magnification. For hand or table top with two tilt positions. The box is in great used condition with just age related marks. I have not used this so not able to guarantee if it works but it looks fine. This belonged to my late uncle. Also the three EVER READY batteries are a great adition to any collections. They are leak proof LPU11 For long life.
