Stanley Range Oil Cooker/Boiler Blue (Boiler Working)

Blue Stanley Oil burning boiler range. Two ovens (currently not working) with digital heating/hot water timer. We've recently moved into house and are changing boiler due to new kitchen. We currently use it to run the central heating and hot water. We cleaned it as best we could when we moved in and most of it looks great, however as you can see from the pictures the hobs, top part and oven cavities need a deep clean/refurb/tlc. One of the handles (bottom left) needs fixing. The oven and hobs don't get hot, it might be we're not doing something or it may be broken, it's just never been something we've looked into.
