I am looking for a confident rider to hack out my horse twice a week. He is 19 years old, 17'2 ISH. He is not a novice ride due to his size and can be forward but very safe to hack out in traffic alone or in company. Charlie is a loving and happy 7 year old 17hh registered Irish Draught gelding. He is good to box, shoe, catch from the field and clip and has no vices. He has competed at novice dressage and working hunter. I have hacked him alone and in company which he really enjoys. He is good in traffic but is more confident with another horse to hack out with. He has so much potential, is an absolutely lovely horse and is my pride and joy who is very happy working. He needs someone to give him more love and attention, which due to my work commitments I am struggling to give him. Due to his forward going nature he needs a competent rider and therefore would not suit a novice. He is coming in from summer turnout having been lightly hacked over the summer. I am looking for someone to part share him with me ideally 3-4 days a week and contribute towards his general upkeep. I would like him to stay in the Bury area or nearby. A spirited 16’2hh Chestnut, warmblood gelding. He is good to hack out and is great in traffic. He is a retired show-jumper, so he doesn’t jump or event. You must be a confident rider. Potentially for a part loaner for my super straight forward 14.1 mare, mainly flatwork as due to her previous work load I don't want her doing too much jumping. She's not in anyway tricky or nasty but she is a competition pony so no total novices please. No yard jobs needed only bringing in of other ponies whilst riding. There is an opportunity to compete for the right person however sharing & competing doesn't need to be linked, as of next year I'll potentially be looking for someone to compete my mare in juniors as I'll be out of ponies & I don't feel that she's suited to seniors.
