I am looking for a home for our pair of bonded male ferrets. They are approx 6 months old but don't know for certain. Both white/cream Bought a couple of months back from a family who said they were rehoming due to not having the time for them. Unfortunately they are not what I was hoping for pets. They both bite, one more so than the other. I've been bitten quite badly a few times and am not scared to even open the cage. My husband looks after their care for me but I would prefer for them to have the right home for them with someone with experience. I have contacted a few rescue centres with no success.

Pair of beautiful ferrets in Manchester

I have two ferrets for sale to a good home. Both born last spring, so 9 months old. Both are on the smaller side... what people seem to be calling 'pocket ferrets' these days. Male - 'Stumpy', a cracking little white hob, born without a tail, so he looks like a tiny polar bear. Female - 'Frost', a beautiful silver/cinnamon girl, very petit. Both have been handled, though not as often as I'd have liked and though tame, may still nip if nervous, so I wouldn't recommend them for children just yet. Diet has been a mix of ferret food, dried dog biscuit and chicks, though they will (and have) eaten all sorts of suitable meat... I also like to give them a raw egg from time to time. Reason for sale: we currently have three in the house - the intention was to build outside accommodation in the autumn but things didn't go to plan due to unforeseen circumstances and as you can imagine, it is not ideal! Will be very sorry to seem them go as we are are very attached, particularly my youngest, but they need larger housing and more attention than they are getting! Collection only from Droylsden M43
