We never had to reinflate the awning tube even on the one occasion we used it for a 7 day trip. We found this awning easier to erect and lighter than our previous Kampa 390 air awning. We have taken great care of the awning. We are non smokers and do not have pets. Lightweight, sturdy, and uses the innovative Air Frame inflatable technology for an awning that sets up in minutes. The Air Frame is made from one ultra-lightweight low-pressure tube with single inflation point. There is also an additional carbon fibre roof pole which provides just a bit more tension and support to the awning. The Dynamic Speed Valve (DSV) is taken directly from the Marine Industry and is used in lifeboats and kayaks, etc. Deflation using this valve is push button whilst inflation is a speedy process using a nozzle insert and a double action pump. The front panels can be rolled to the centre to create even more space, and the side doors are extra wide. The draught skirt keeps the awning comfortable.
