I am selling my Ovation Celebrity Guitar. First thing to know is that there is a problem with the electrics. It sounds boomy, distorts and cuts in and out... it was like this when i bought it a year or so ago... from my research it seems to be a common problem with the saddle pickup... unfortunately i haven't been able to track down a replacement part so have been using it as a normal acoustic... this is how i am selling it hence the low price With a little know how it may be fixable so you could bag yourself a bargain. If not you will have yourself a very nice acoustic guitar anyway. It is in good condition apart from a couple of light scratches and a small nick on the back of the neck and another on the back of the neck... neither affect the playabilty and i have captured these in the photos. Ovation Celebrity Deluxe Black Electro Acoustic 5 string Bass Guitar (CS 275). Its in Excellent condition for its age. I rarely play it so its time to let it go to someone who will. Lovely sound given off by its deep bowl back. The Spruce top is unmarked and has no cracks and the pre amp is fully functioning.
