Outwell called this their Palace in Cotton. It's ripstop cotton, and they do not use as high quality cotton any more. This was bought brand new in , by us, and has only been used for 11 nights each year, only in France. Always packed dry, and stored indoors. Sadly, nippers have all flown now so it's time to make another family the envy of any site! No rips, tears or repairs, can be seen erected, local park, by arrangement. Cash on collection only Below is the manufacturers description: The Outwell Niagara Falls is the smallest of the new, super-luxurious Outwell Ambiente 100% cotton tunnel tents. The Niagara Falls sleeps five people in a 3+2 formation but the central zip-in divider can be removed to change the formation to an open five. In addition, because the bedroom inner is also Universal inner tent, the 2-berth pod can be completely removed to create additional living space. The breathable polyester inner also features a striking striped pattern which beautifully compliments to colouring of the main tent. The bedrooms lead out into the main living space which measures a full 350cm x 180cm and so will provide you with plenty of room for table and chairs, storage units, etc. The living space features a zipped-in PVC tarpaulin groundsheet (mm HH) which also runs beneath the bedroom inners. A zip-in groundsheet enables to you easily remove it at the end of a holiday for cleaning and for no-hassle storage. Off the living space is a roll-up side door with mesh double door so you can keep the door open on hot days but still keep out flying insects. Through a dividing panel doorway beyond the main living area is the large front porch area which is fully enclosed and also features a zip-in PVC tarpaulin groundsheet. This area features 2 large tinted windows. Tinted windows will reduce the glare of the sun on hot days (reducing the internal temperature) and also provide you with that extra little bit of privacy. All of the tinted windows in the Yosemite Falls feature zip-up privacy covers which means you can regulate how much sunlight and/or privacy you require and large mesh vents above the windows which can be regulated from the outside of the tent. There are also two hanging rails positioned either side of this area which are ideal for hanging towels, wet beachwear, etc. The large inverted ‘U’ shaped front door can be unzipped and rolled to one side or completely removed to make the front room into a front porch area. The front door also features a tinted window and mesh vent. The specifications of the tent include a high quality Outtex 100% Ripstop Cotton fabric flysheet that is highly breathable and will keep the inside of the tent cool on hot days and warm on cold. The poles are #mm alloy pole that are both extremely strong but also extremely lightweight. On pitching, the poles are fed into the flysheet from the outside but the pole sleeves are actually on the inside of the flysheet. This means that apart from the exterior profile of the tent appearing very smooth and it also aids the stiffening of the entire structure. Additional features of the Outwell Niagara Falls include the Floating Guyline System (2-part guylines colour co-ordinated at the top to blend with the tent and fluorescent at the bottom to stop being a tripping hazard); guyline retainers; low level lights; heavy duty Outwell zips; Outwell doormat; reinforced patches on all stress points; central lamp holder plus cable tidies; organiser pockets at front of inners; mesh pockets inside the inners.
