Outwell Oakland XL 5 PERSON TENT PLUS FITTED CARPET AND FRONT SUN PORCH.

This is a tent that has been used but is still in good condition. There is some mildew on the storage pockets inside the tent but this does not effect the tent other than aesthetically. Also a clip as come away from the inner bedroom it works fine without but the clip is here and would be easy to sew back on. There is a fitted ground sheet and side door. The fitted carpet is in good clean condition, we always took shoes off so it is not worn. The front porch has been repaired, a strap sewn back on, it works fine. Outwell Colorado V five person tent. This is a large tent for car camping, definitely not a backpackers tent! The pics are from the internet but the tent is the same colour. We used this for 2 adults and 2 kids and it was more than big enough. Two separate sleeping areas and a large communal area for when the weather is less than ideal (plenty of room to cook inside and set up a table and chairs). Cash on collection Outwell tents far exceed the build quality and rain resistance (this has a very high Hydrostatic head resistance reading) compared to nearly all of the tents available at big stores like 'Go Outdoors'. (The ones sold by Argos etc. are near useless.) In the best colour Mocha. Only used around ten times and never put away whilst damp. Has just been in the loft being unused so now surplus.
