Outwell Colorado V five person tent. This is a large tent for car camping, definitely not a backpackers tent! The pics are from the internet but the tent is the same colour. We used this for 2 adults and 2 kids and it was more than big enough. Two separate sleeping areas and a large communal area for when the weather is less than ideal (plenty of room to cook inside and set up a table and chairs). The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. You can check out the countless reviews online with virtually all rating it 10 out of 10 stars. We originally paid £ for it. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Due to the size and weight, I am not able to pitch for you to see, so I took it to a local camp site recently, and stayed overnight to ensure everything is okay. It is complete, has all its poles, pegs and ropes. it sleeps 4 people in two separate inner tents which are hung after the outer tent is up. It has a ground sheet for the living area. The front of the tent can be unzipped completely and placed further back, providing an open porch while still maintaining privacy with the new door position. There is a side entrance and the door is supported by two poles, also provided, that give an awning. There is only one bit of damage and this is to the zip of one of the inner tents the teeth of which are out of sinc. However as the door zips both ways top to bottom and bottom to top it can still be zipped up, and opened. It's quite a big tent as you can see. It barely fits the garden. It's 4 metres 90 long, 2 metres high and 3 metres across. It weighs 20 kilos. This tent was over £250 when new. I'm asking £120 for it. The photos were taken on . Sleeps 6 in three compartments. Very large internal space. Groundsheet included. Windows with netting and plastic roll ups. As you can see I've put the tent up for a light scrubbing, I'm not sure how you clean a tent other than dish soap and a brush, I suppose you could possibly stick it inside a duvet cover for the machine, a duvet cover would protect against the drum and you could spray with Nickwax afterwards to prolong the waterproofness (if that's a word). Behind the central bedroom is a zip door/canopy should you only want two beds up and two doors. I'll keep it up a week if you wanted to view.
