The Outwell Oakland XL family tent is a superb acquisition for any family campers, wanting an easy to erect, spacious family tent, which can sleep up to five people in a 3+2 universal inner tent configuration. The tent features a fully-enclosed groundsheet, stopping any cold draughts or water entering the tent. The tent is used but still in good condition. There are areas of mildew as shown in the pictures but this only effects the tent aesthetically and is still water proof. The tent comes with the Outwell fitted carpet. For Sale: Outwell Oakland XL 5-person tent with side extension, footprint and carpet Bought at the end of , first used in and only typically for 4-5 nights a year. All in excellent condition with no damage (apart from one of the guy ropes that has been knotted after it snapped) and no marks. The pegs all look second hand though so you might need some new ones. Never put down when wet, the footprint has kept the tent clean and the carpet made it incredibly comfortable You can have one large sleeping area or two, one for two people and one for three. Easy to put up in about minutes and can mostly be done by one person (apart from the two steel poles which need two people). Includes Outwell floor mat too. Buy the whole outfit ready for the summer. This is a tent that has been used but is still in good condition. There is some mildew on the storage pockets inside the tent but this does not effect the tent other than aesthetically. Also a clip as come away from the inner bedroom it works fine without but the clip is here and would be easy to sew back on. There is a fitted ground sheet and side door. The fitted carpet is in good clean condition, we always took shoes off so it is not worn. The front porch has been repaired, a strap sewn back on, it works fine.
