Outwell Nevada M Tent 5 Berth in the best colour of Mocca, great condition with extra footprint (extra groundsheet) and extra poles to erect the side porch awning. Slight rip at on of the fixings but no leaks or fungus. Always aired out after use. Too big for us now. Outwell Nevada MP 5 man tent. Comes with Canopy, footprint and carpet. I've had the tent 3 years and it has been used twice a year for family holidays. The tent has no leaks or tears and has always been dried stored. It does have a stain on the front which is shown in the pictures.
